Event Log Listing
The KommerceServer Event Log Listing page allows you to search for and view KommerceServer system activity logs and to diagnose problems. Event logs are continuously being logged in KommerceServer. Transactional events are logged in the Transaction Log. When KommerceServer detects an event, you can configure it to post an Email to the Email address(es) that you define in your event listeners. You can navigate to the Event Log Listing page by selecting Web Administration>Audit>Event Log. Following is an example of the Event Log Listing page.
To search for a particular event, enter your required search parameters and click the Search button, or you can simply click the Search button without entering any search parameters to search for all available events. The event logs will appear in the Event Log section at the bottom of the page. You can export the event log history to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel button.
Only 5000 event log items can be displayed at one time. If more than 5000 results are found in your event log search, you will receive a message stating that the search result count is over 5000 and you will be asked to refine your search criteria and try again.
